Smoothie Goodness

Breakfast has to be by far, one of my most favourite meals of the day. I feel like I can move forward with my day when I have had something that is both nutritious and delicious for breakfast that will see me through until lunchtime.

Smoothies are one of my go-to breakfast items because they are not only full of nutritious goodness but their vibrant colours put a smile on my face. Anna at Me My Smoothies and Life creates some of the best smoothie recipes, and at The Goodie Box, we love them! Today I am sharing just one of Anna's smoothies that is jam-packed with flavour.

Purple Smoothie


- 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla protein/nutrition powder

- 2 dl almond drink

- 2 frozen very ripe bananas

- 50 g frozen blueberries

- 50 g frozen strawberries

- 1-2 tsp açaí powder

- 1 tsp peanut butter


Combine all ingredients in a blender to combine.

Pour into your favourite glass or tumbler and enjoy!
