What is the Goodie Box?

The Goodie Box is all about making healthy snacking simple. Our subscription box is delivered every month, full of delicious, nutritionist-approved products. Each month, we surprise you with a curated selection of 8 – 10 snacks and a beverage. Every box of goodies comes with a variety of the tastiest and most nutritious snacks entering the market as well as fresh new products from the brands you know and love.

Our boxes include everything from raw chocolate, kale chips, truffles, wholefood bars, coconut chips, organic popcorn, protein balls, baking products, coconut water, kombuchas, teas– and lots more!


How much does it cost?

The Goodie Box subscription boxes cost $35/month + $4.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide. To receive free shipping, simply sign up for a 3 or 6 month subscription plan. Shipping fees for 3 and 6 month subscription plans are paid upfront during checkout. However, please note that a regional area fee may also be applied.


How do I get a Goodie Box?

Signing up to receive your monthly Goodie Box is easy and only takes a few minutes. Click here to select a subscription plan and then head on over to the checkout!


Can I just try one box to start with?

Our snack boxes are subscription only but if you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time (but at least 2 business days before your subscription renewal date).


Can I choose what's in the box?

We aim to source the newest and most exciting healthy snacks available so we can offer a variety of products that change every single month. We believe that not knowing what’s in the box is all part of the fun of discovering new goodies! However, given that we work with a variety of partners that change each month, we make no representations and can give no guarantee that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. This mean that the Goodie Box is not responsible or liable if you receive a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume.


Membership and Billing Questions

How do I change my payment information?

You can update your payment information through the customer portal, via your customer account login. In order to have access to you account login you need to have created an account at the checkout when placing your order. If you have checked out as a guest or if you can't log in for any reason, please contact us at info@thegoodiebox.com.au and we will be able to help you create an account.


How do I update my address?

You can update your postal address by sending us an email with your new address. Please email us at info@thegoodiebox.com.au.


Am I eligible for a refund?

Unfortunately, Goodie Box does not offer full or partial refunds. For monthly, 3, or 6 month subscription plans that have already started, The Goodie Box may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. The Goodie Box does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.


What payments methods do you accept?

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.


What are your Billing and Cancellation policies?

All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you have a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 23th of each month. If you have a 3 or 6 month subscription you will be billed every 3 or 6 months on the 23th of the month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 business days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. 


If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?

If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription, you can cancel at any time and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription.


How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription just follow the steps below.

- Login to your account dashboard

- Click the 'Manage Subscriptions'
- Click the "Subscriptions" option in the side menu.
- Click the 'Cancel link next to the subscription that would like to cancel. Follow the options to complete the cancellation process.

If for some reason you can't access your account please contact us at info@thegoodiebox.com.au and someone from our team will be able to help you.


When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to The Goodie Box. Following this, you will be placed on our advanced billing cycle. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 23th of each month. If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription you will be billed every 3 or 6 months on the 23th of the month paying for the subscription period ahead.

How do I track my order?

A shipping link will be sent to your email once your box has been dispatched


Who delivers the box?

For local orders, we ship with a courier service to ensure quick and safe delivery of your boxes. At times we will ship with Australia Postal services depending on your location.

We don't accept PO boxes.

The Goodie Box is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your box or any damage caused to your box which is beyond The Goodie Box’s control.

If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/re-delivery.


When will my The Goodie Box arrive?

We send out our snack boxes once a month. You need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior, in order to fall into the delivery in the first weeks of the month. 

Delivery times after your box has left The Goodie Box are:

Perth Metro & WA regional areas: 1 - 3 business days

Other Australian Major cities outside of WA: 4 - 10 business days


    Dietary Preference Questions


    Are all the boxes Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan?

    At checkout, we ask you to tell us your dietary requirements so we can use them to personalize your box. Gluten free, Dairy free, vegan, Gluten & Dairy free, or none, we've got you covered!

    All boxes are low sugar.


    How do you select Vegan products for the Box?

    We ensure the vegan friendly products in your The Goodie Box are cruelty free and are not made with any animal products. Please note, some vegan products may contain trace amounts of non-vegan ingredients due to shared manufacturing processes.


    How do you select Gluten and Dairy Free products for the Box?

    We carefully select every product in the Goodie Box to ensure it is Gluten and Dairy free as required. Our panel of health professionals help us review the ingredients of each product to ensure that all products in your The Goodie Box are suitable for your dietary needs.


    Why do you accept products that are manufactured on shared machinery?

    Many businesses do not have the luxury of owning vegan only equipment, therefore some vegan products may have been made in facilities that use shared equipment. As such, some vegan products may have possible trace amounts of ingredients such as dairy and eggs. While these companies clean all equipment between uses, for this reason a vegan product may not be acceptable to individuals with food allergies or strict dietary requirements.

    Similarly, gluten free products may have been made in shared manufacturing facilities resulting in possible trace amounts of gluten and other ingredients not listed on the packing. Consequently, The Goodie Box does not make any guarantees that products are not contaminated with non-vegan ingredients or gluten containing ingredients. It is the customers responsibility to check with the company regarding their manufacturing processes for all potential allergen issues (including such as nuts/soy/coconut etc.) prior to consumption.


    What can I expect to find in my box if I have selected a particular dietary preference?

    The Goodie Box is a health food sampling service designed to get you excited about eating pure and wholesome food. Each month, we will surprise you with 8-10 health food goodies catered to your dietary requirements. Please note that monthly customer boxes will differ to account for dietary preferences.

    Can I select more than one dietary preference?

    We offer one dietary preference selection and our current options are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan. Due to the nature of the products we select, you will find that many of our products meet all three of those dietary preferences.
